An awesome reader asked if I would mind sharing the workouts that I do here on my blog. I was sofreakingexcited! about having a reader who actually made a request and asked me to share something that I literally put it together today on my lunch break! There’s a new link in my menu that’s just for workout check-ins, and I’ll keep it updated daily (or daily-ish). I’m not going to publish these as individual posts because that would be horrendously boring and repetitive for everyone, including me.
